The Begining

Greetings All!

Well as you all know by now I am heading off to Scotland. Holy Shit I have a one way ticket to Scotland... thats a little intense. My departure date is Saturday September 3 at 11:15 am. I will be gone for 2 years studying International Relations and European History at Kings College University of Aberdeen (sounds more impressive then it really is) Between now and then I think I am going to be too busy to really think about it all, which could be a good thing. I have 5 more shifts on the Ambulance, Sunday August 21st is my last day on the streets. Thats a little hard to believe too. Over 3 and half years, and over 2 of those were working with Shawn. We had our last shift on Sunday. No, no we did not role the ambulance, too tired after 5 days of hell to even think about it.

So this is going to be my online journal, chronicling my big Scottish Adventure. It wont be updated on a regular basis but at the very least a weekly basis. As much as I would like to say otherwise I know I will not be able to keep intouch with all of you as much as I would like to, but this way all of you will know what Im up to.

Im going to hold off on the further entries until the adventure begins, but Im sure to have a lot to write on the night of September 2nd.
